There is always a beautiful variety of asanas, carefully sequenced, so the practice never feels repetitive and the body is constantly being challenged and supported in new ways. At PraaviWellness, yoga classes are energising, challenging and fun. There is something new to explore and learn each day in the class. The classes are planned well to include variety of yoga poses, stretches that work on strengthening muscles and include meditation in the end. She is very good and keeps the class engaging with different routines each time. I highly recommend her for regular as well as prenatal sessions. I have been learning yoga from Priti maam for about a year now..she has amazing knowledge of all the asanas, the posture, the breathing techniques.. I feel super energetic and my endurance levels have also increased..there is visible difference in my inch loss.. Highly recommend Priti Ma'am Yoga..
