I had paid Rs7500 expecting proper assistance in finding helper. Instead, they just add you to a group and share a couple of couple of contacts. Despite repeated assurances, no helper even came. Their team stopped responding when contacted. After 21 days no service was delivered and the amount expired. Very disappointing experience, not reliable. Please be careful before paying

We have used it successfully in the past, and will keep recommending it to friends and family. 2 members of my family mistakenly created 2 different paid accounts, when only 1 was required. We approached Helper4You and they immediately refunded the money for 1 of the accounts. A very ethically upright company!
Was looking out for a house help for my father and was a little apprehensive about hiring from an agency but after getting their contact from a friend and after talking to Ms.meenakshi who at length explained their process of vetting the house help I was quite satisfied!
