I had a really good experience with Hijama therapy here. The session was nice, painless, and very relaxing. My whole body felt relaxed afterward, and even my minor back pain felt like it was draining away and soothing. The owner was very kind, cooperative, and professional. He charged only INR 1000/- for all the Sunnat Hijama points along with some extra dry cupping, which I found very reasonable. I recommend calling in advance to take an appointment before visiting.
I had an incredibly relieving and grounding experience at House of Healing. I went in carrying a strange sense of claustrophobia and work tension that I could not quite place, and the team understood it immediately. They recognised that it was centred around the spine, and that clarity itself was reassuring. A special and heartfelt thank you to Sultana, who guided me through wet cupping with such warmth and steadiness. I was completely new to the technique, and she handled it with the calm, nurturing presence of a mother. She explains, reassures, and creates such a sense of safety that you are able to relax fully into the process. The sensation itself is very mild, closer to the scratchy feeling of a tattoo needle, and even that is brief and manageable because of how comfortable she makes you feel. The results have been remarkable. I feel light, spacious, and calm. The sense of walls closing in has disappeared, everyday sounds no longer trigger me, and there is a clear feeling of expansion and ease. Treating the spine feels like it has reset something deeper, and I can already sense that the benefits will continue unfolding over the next few days. It feels like a therapy that can gently unlock many stress related patterns held in the body. Hats off to Imtiyaz and the entire House of Healing team for offering this therapy with such integrity and discipline. Unlike many places that push frequent sessions, they strictly follow the rules of the practice and ensure proper gaps between treatments, even if a client is eager to return sooner. That level of dedication, restraint, and devotion to doing things correctly speaks volumes. House of Healing truly lives up to its name. I am deeply grateful and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking real, body-level relief and care.
Found House of Healing through a google map search and have been a customer since then. 4 sessions so far. And everytime the body feels lighter and relaxed. Have already recommended to a friend who visited them. Must visit if you are gym goer and also for people having sedentary lifestyle and jammed body, back etc. Looking forward to coming back soon.
