Behind the scenes, I deeply appreciated the collaborative approach with Dr. Sulbha, who performed my procedure and was clearly consulted at every important step of decision-making. That sense of teamwork gave me a lot of confidence medically and emotionally. Nurse Mariya deserves special mention - her incredible injection technique and steady, kind presence made a very needle-phobic patient feel safe and calm. She truly changed the experience for me. Elizabeth at reception was always so warm and welcoming, and Komal was wonderfully helpful in patiently explaining financial options and logistics. What stood out most about the entire Nova team was the balance of medical excellence and genuine warmth. I felt clinically well cared for and emotionally supported - something that’s rare during such a vulnerable process. I’m deeply grateful to the entire team and would wholeheartedly recommend Nova IVF to anyone considering fertility treatment.
