This is my second time with Curvicare, and I personally love their approach to weight management. 😊They include a wide variety of cereals, seeds, and cuisines while maintaining proper portion control. This makes the weight loss journey more enjoyable and sustainable. ✨I literally learned so many healthy recipes by myself because of their guidance. They also provide restaurant guides and a recipe book, which makes following the plan much easier even when eating out. I had a wonderful experience with Dietitian Sneha Shinde.🤗 Her diet plans are based on a desi and home-style diet, which makes them very flexible and easy to follow. There is no unnecessary fasting, and the plan feels very practical for daily life. What I really appreciate is her personalized approach — she discusses each option properly and makes sure the diet suits your routine and preferences. Sneha is very polite, friendly, and quick in her work. She pays close attention to details and genuinely cares about her clients’ progress. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a realistic and enjoyable weight loss journey.❤️

I had a wonderful experience with Nehal Overall I felt really good through the weeks. Have lost 4 kg in a month time Week 1 gave me a noticeable boost in energy, Week 2 felt more balanced and by Week 3 my digestion felt much better and I feel energetic through out the day. It feels really good and keeps me motivated. The gradual weight drop felt healthy, and overall this reset has helped me feel more active, less bloated, and more in sync with my body. Her guidance is simple, motivating, and easy to follow. I’ve seen great progress in my health and feel more energetic and confident. Truly grateful for this beautiful journey. 💕✨

I enrolled in the 16-week Curvicare dietician program and was guided by my health coach, Nehal, who created a personalized homemade diet chart. The plan was simple, practical, and easy to follow with regular home meals. Nehal was supportive and responsive throughout the program. The program helped me improve my eating habits and overall routine, though my weight loss progress was gradual, with around 3–4 kgs over the 16 weeks which was less than what I personally hoped, also I didn't see much noticable changes in my PCOS. Overall, it was a structured and healthy experience.
