Dr. Leena from the Psychiatry Department is truly exceptional at what she does. She has been wonderfully patient, compassionate, and highly professional throughout. Her expertise and gentle approach have made a significant positive difference in our experience. We are truly grateful for her support and dedication.
Our baby was born here few days back, we received good overall experience right from housekeeping to doctors. But one thing I would like to bring to the notice of the hospital management is the training of the nursing staff as they were lost soul during the emergency. The doctor herself had warned for this before the delivery. Also the procedure room and operation theatre are on different floors so it becomes very tedious to take the patient to OT, it should be at the same floor as per our doctor which we felt as well. More cashier counters should be added it's very frustrating experience and also the glass hole should be made between the glass it's very difficult for a tall guy to communicate with the cashier.
Last week a family member was admitted at Bhatia Hospital. Must thank senior sister Dhanashree Tawde for her patience, help and dedication towards the patient and also managing the same. Sona (junior sister) was so compassionate and good at her job. Dolly (billing in Endoscopy), and assitant Dr Manoj were so caring and polite, they actually cared for the patient. Prashant and Yogesh (ward boy) were absolutely amazing and always smiling. Overall the staff is good. Big issue for Bhatia hospital is that the Dr’s need to co-ordinate for carefully and seamlessly among themselves. Also some of the Dr’s seemingly charge basis patients capacity to pay and not what is appropriate. There is a huge discrepancy in the charges of these Dr’s. So that is a majorly disappointing factor.
