If you truly care about your family members and loved ones, I strongly advise you to think twice before coming to this hospital. The management is very poor, and the coordination between doctors, nurses, and staff is almost non-existent. Patients are left waiting for hours without any proper guidance or updates. No one takes responsibility, and everyone keeps passing the blame to someone else. During our time here, we felt completely helpless and ignored. The doctors did not explain the treatment properly, and the staff showed no empathy or concern. Basic facilities and proper attention were missing. Instead of feeling safe in a hospital environment, we felt stressed, confused, and worried all the time. This place does not function like a professional hospital. It feels more like a business where patients are treated as numbers rather than human beings. The level of negligence and carelessness is shocking. The overall system is badly managed, and the behavior of many staff members is rude and uncooperative. A hospital is supposed to be a place of trust and care, but unfortunately, this hospital failed completely in providing that. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the experience. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Please be careful and choose a better, more responsible medical facility for the safety of your loved ones. Very bad service, very bad management, and extremely irresponsible doctors and staff. One of the worst hospital experiences of my life.
Doctors are great. But staff , servants are headache. For staff/khaas person/any relative reference if old staff- 1. Must visit you are priortized 2. If time has crossed they will still help you do everything in their hand Example - collecting quick reports, -will get your reports done as if it's urgent by requesting or placing you chit in emergency/ casualty instead stand opd. For common person - 1. Please avoid if you can 2. Staff is rude, they don't even care if it's written urgent on your slip by doctor Example - - 4 no., area to keep samples, 3 people generally sit there - an aged person who was struggling to walk they were behaving rude with him, they first ignored what he said & continued discussion what should we eat & that girl looks mast.. - he request they more then 3 times it's urgent doctor asked to specifically let you know it's urgent (also written on slip), one then replied him rudely ( yeha kuch urgent nahi hota, udhar rakh ke ja, 4:30ko aa-- in very rude tone), They were not answering any questions he was asking (1. Where to submit this, when should I come to collect , doctor has requested it's urgent - asked me to inform you also written in slip-- generally question) , instead of placing his slip in emergency/ casualty -- so atleast he can collect reports by that day - 4:30pm alltleast they placed it in opd(general) - now he has to wait for reports & also stand in 1 hr line while he was barely walking & able to stand well -- they clearly did it purposely ( they were angry, their tone changed, as he interuped during their duty of discussing that girls phatak, we should eat this,.. etc)
The doctor's team were very good but the staff and nurse facilities and service were very bad and neglecting. The nurses do not have any sense regarding the patient. They don't care about the patients life and condition so plz when u visit this hospital take a nurse with yourself. Regarding the surgeon and surgery all were very good.
