I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kritika at Breathing Bellies during my pregnancy journey. I regularly attended prenatal yoga sessions, which were extremely helpful in improving my flexibility, posture, and overall comfort throughout pregnancy. The sessions were well-structured, safe, and thoughtfully tailored. I also attended Lamaze sessions at Breathing Bellies, which were incredibly informative and empowering. The breathing techniques, labor preparation, and relaxation exercises were explained clearly and practiced patiently, which really helped me feel confident and prepared for delivery. What stood out the most was Dr. Kritika’s calm, supportive approach and deep expertise. She always ensured comfort and safety, addressed concerns promptly, and created a positive and reassuring environment. I highly recommend Dr. Kritika and Breathing Bellies to anyone looking for prenatal yoga or Lamaze classes.

I’m so grateful I joined Breathing Bellies with Dr. Krithika - it truly made a huge difference to my pregnancy and delivery journey. Her classes focus beautifully on strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor, improving flexibility, and preparing the body for a smooth natural birth, which I personally experienced. These classes ensured I had a normal delivery! What I loved most was how each session also included calming affirmations, mindful breathing, and meditation, it felt deeply grounding and reassuring. Breathing Bellies Yoga is absolutely super worth it. The way they prepare you mentally, emotionally, and physically during pregnancy is truly amazing. Along with yoga, the discussions during each session create so much awareness about pregnancy and postpartum, which is extremely helpful. Joining this was one of the best decisions I took in my pregnancy journey. Being around like-minded people makes you feel refreshed and positive every time. Throughout my entire journey, Dr. Kritika has been incredibly supportive. She always recommends the right things and genuinely cares about your well-being. On days I miss the class, I actually feel lethargic—that’s how impactful the sessions are. Her sessions give you full energy and calm your mind completely. Highly recommended to every expecting mother 💛

Breathing Belly yoga sessions have been absolutely worth it and truly one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy journey. Being surrounded by people who are on the same journey creates a very positive impact on overall well-being. Pregnancy is tough, with so many hormonal changes happening in the body. One day you feel like you can conquer the world, and the next moment it may feel like everything is falling apart. Having these sessions—especially the constant support from Dr. Kritika—helped me prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally. From yoga sessions to Lamaze classes to infant massage sessions, everything played an important role in helping me feel confident and mentally prepared for both the prenatal and postpartum phases. On days when I missed a session, I would feel lethargic the entire day. The yoga sessions truly helped me maintain my energy levels throughout pregnancy. Dr. Kritika has been a true mentor during my pregnancy. I was able to stay active throughout my pregnancy because of her guidance, encouragement, and constant motivation. The mama get-together was another highlight—it was a complete stress buster where we enjoyed fun games, delicious food, and beautiful candid moments together. I would personally and wholeheartedly recommend every expecting mother to join her sessions. Motherhood is beautiful, and having a mentor like Dr. Kritika by your side truly makes the journey even more special. ❤️

Breathing Bellies has truly been a stress buster and a source of calm for me. As a mom-to-be, this is exactly what one needs during pregnancy. Dr. Kritika has been an incredible support throughout my journey, always patient, approachable, and available to answer all my questions. Her guidance during the sessions is excellent. The classes are a well-balanced mix of yoga, Pilates, light cardio, and strength training. She closely monitors posture during every session, which is extremely important as exercises vary depending on the trimester. We also used props like thera bands, dumbbells, chairs, and yoga balls, making the sessions both effective and safe. Overall, these sessions helped me recover quickly and feel more confident in my body. Last but not least, the baby-bonding exercises and positive affirmations were my absolute favourite and added a beautiful emotional connection to the experience. Highly recommended for expecting mother!
