I had a very unpleasant experience getting a HydraFacial at this clinic. I have had HydraFacials at other clinics before, so I am familiar with the proper procedure, and this felt extremely unprofessional. During the session, a part of the HydraFacial machine broke and fell to the ground. The aesthetician then wiped her hands on my hairline, which was unhygienic and uncomfortable. The treatment itself was done with uneven, random strokes and no attention to proper technique. It felt rushed, as if she just wanted to finish quickly. There was no basic cleanliness maintained—no tissue or cloth was placed around my collar, and I had to insist on it myself. The machine also did not appear to be cleaned before starting the procedure. I am relieved that I did not opt for the advanced HydraFacial, as even the basic one felt like a complete waste of money. I have undergone various facial treatments at other clinics, and this was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend this clinic, even at a discounted price.
A visit to this clinic "Charm-We Maintain skin Solution" was really worth and one of the best decisions. Exceptional service as everybody from the staff is so so professional. Best advice by their Doctor. One of their employee namely Alisha is a real gem. She excels in delivering outstanding service, explaining every single step in detail. Her dedication and honesty will definitely strengthen your client base. Overall highly satisfied and highly recommended, 😊😊 Will definitely visit again
Consultation: The doc was good to talk to but she only talked. She didnt analyze my skin at all! It was somewhat incomplete as a consultation. Treatmemt day: 1. I'm glad I got saved just in time! I booked an appt fr hydrafacial yesterday. After waiting 30 mins (despite having an appt) when it was time for the treatment, the staff asked me to sign a Consent Form. It was explicitly written that the management won't be responsible for any side effects whatsoever (redness, swelling, puffiness etc). I was shocked n refused to sign cos during my consultation, they clarified HF doesnt hv any side effects. So I asked them why should I sign a form whose content is not applicable for me? She said it was standard form form for all patients (getting botox, fillers etc). I found her arguments v lame. 2. I was also supposed to agree to the fact that they can use my pic for educational purposes of their prospects. When i told them I wasnt interested, she tried to lie by saying its only for my own before/after understanding. I told her I can v well take my own before/after pics. I smelled the rat n didnt sign. 3. She asked me to pay before the treatment! When I clarified a swipe of a card takes mere seconds n i should be satisfied with the treatment first, she went quite. I immd walked out. No further discussion. Good riddance! The whole 'arrangement' seemed kinda shady, v professional. Instead of taking responsibility of the treatment offered, it was like clearly safeguarding themselves incase a treatment goes bad, all with the consent form. I'm reading the comments here n glad I walked out.
I had visited to charm we maintain skin care and my experience was fantastic ambiance was good u will experience positive vibe. My therapist was alisha mam and I loved the way she talked very calm and made sure I was comfortable every time thanku alisha mam u were great . Do visit it's worth it
