This was my first time renting baby gear but this was a great experience! Missy was amazing and a life saver! She kindly let me rent a stroller and crib from her with only 24 hours notice. Both were in great shape and she even brought extra sheets. She was very punctual. When were leaving, she picked up the crib and stroller early in the morning so we could get to the airport. 100% recommend!
We had an excellent experience with Missy! We needed a full size crib and black out blinds for our toddler. Missy was super flexible with our travel schedule and quick to respond with very clear communication. The crib was clean and worked great. We really appreciated that she was willing to setup prior to us arriving due to a long drive. And she came extra early the day we departed so we could hit the road. In addition to being wonderful to work with, she generously brought our son some toys to play with. He was so excited when he saw toys at our rental!
Missy was wonderful to work with! She took a last minute booking for us when and was nothing but helpful from the first message! She met us at our car rental area bright and early, helped us get everything installed safely, and made sure we had everything we needed for a more relaxing trip. The equipment was all in perfect condition and it made our visit much easier by not having to travel with all the baby things. Very thankful for missy and her help!
