You wait an hour to see the doctor for less than a minute. Entire place was very unsanitary, they randomly ask people to remove shoes at the ground floor, and make you walk on a very dirty floor. No sanitization done at measuring counter. You just keep moving from one counter to another as if you are in government bank, entire setup/experience felt like it is from 1980s. They charge 200 rs more for emergency/premium appointments but after 30 mins when we asked they had not even shared our number in the queue
