I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of Female volunteers currently stationed on the first floor of the Lower Parel Sneha Foundation premises. From my observation and interaction, I have found their approach to be immature and lacking in empathy, especially while dealing with sensitive situations involving senior citizens. They appear to be making decisions without fully understanding the circumstances or involving the concerned family members or relatives. This raises concerns about the intentions behind their actions, which at times seem questionable and self-serving. Their behavior suggests a lack of professional training and maturity required for handling such delicate matters. I sincerely urge the management to look into this issue and take appropriate corrective action to ensure the well-being and dignity of the senior citizens under their care.
