I started prenatal yoga and Garbhasanskar from my 5th month of pregnancy at the Pallavi Garbhasanskar class under the guidance of Pratima ma’am, and it has been a truly positive experience. She closely monitors every member’s posture during the online classes and corrects it immediately if something is going wrong. She explains each exercise in multiple languages so that everyone can easily understand. The sessions are well designed, starting with warm-up exercises, followed by yoga, and ending with meditation. She has included different types of exercises, so the sessions never feel boring with the same routine every day. These sessions helped me stay physically active, calm, and emotionally balanced. The breathing exercises, meditation, and Garbhasanskar practices made me feel deeply connected to my baby. In Garbhasanskar activities, we have many creative tasks like painting, drawing, brain exercises, quilling art, tongue twisters, and many more. Music therapy is one of the best activities in Garbhasanskar, which helps you feel deeply connected with your baby. Attending these sessions on a daily basis helped me a lot. I felt more confident and relaxed as my pregnancy progressed. As my due date approached, we practiced labor exercises, which helped keep my body flexible. Palavi Garbhasanskar Kendra, run by Dr. Pratima, is a truly wonderful experience for expecting mothers. Dr. Pratima is a highly knowledgeable and passionate Garbhasanskar and Yoga instructor. She is consistent in her work and plans every session thoughtfully. Each day brings a new type of yoga practice, keeping the sessions engaging and refreshing. She takes great effort to guide every individual personally and ensures that each participant performs the activities correctly. Her Garbhasanskar classes include a variety of enriching activities such as brain gym exercises, music therapy, and meditation—all of which support a healthy pregnancy and promote the baby’s brain development. Her sessions create a very positive atmosphere, helping mothers stay calm, joyful, and deeply connected with their babies throughout the pregnancy journey. I would highly recommend Palavi Garbhasanskar Kendra to every expecting mother. 🌸

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Pratima! She is very patient and pays close attention to every mom to be during the yoga practice. I especially appreciate the meditation and mantra chanting she includes in every class, which is very calming. Closer to delivery date, her specific labor exercises are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend her classes to moms to be!
