Got a very good response from Rusha Maid Solutions, I wanted to have 24 hours helper immediately, and got a response from them within 12 hours with a helper standing in front of me. Very happy with the helper also. Immediate action from them in case of any queries. Got replacement also when maid gone on leave. Mr. Aijul Islam is always available on phone call and very helpful.
Pathetic services they gave u maids who are intolerable have literally zero brains and when you reach them for replacements their answer is we have no maids available. They promise replacement till 6 months and for us its just 1 month and we r following up for replacement and this person have stopped taking our calls. Fake agency just making money zero reliability. Worst agency i have ever came across. PLZ BEWARE DONT TAKE THRIE SERVICES.
I have got a helper from them for baby care its been nice experience for last 4 months so far , they gave replacement as well when the maid didn't wanted to continue due to her personal issues. The staff is quite good and helpful in understanding my needs and gave me a proper resource accordingly. One thing as an improvement, they can become more formal in framing policies with their maids so that they do not leave in between
I have availed full time made services from the agency.Mr Sabir from Rusha maid solution agency is a very good support & coordinator.this is our 4th year for this service & everytime asper our requirement he is arranging a good candidate .his way of dealing was very transparent.
