I can’t thank Seema enough for all the sessions I did with her, I worked out almost all through my pregnancy with her online classes, they were amazing. I always looked forward to the class, I had a vaginal delivery and a huge credit goes to Seema, on the day of my delivery I spoke to her and she made me believe in myself and all the effort I had put in through the pregnancy. Every time I was lost on my breast feeding journey she was my compass, guiding me and calming me down. Seema is truly godsent for me and I highly recommend all first time pregnant couples to attend her classes, my husband my baby and me are forever grateful to Seema. She is and will always be out go to person
