To anyone who is looking to invest with ICICI Prudential or even any of their other subsidiaries like Lombard and bank, please just look at other options. In the last 15 years, I have had tremendous mental strain due to the fact that their employees have a very nonchalant attitude towards customers. ICICI Prudential specifically has been a monster to deal with. Their website never works properly so you can’t update anything. The customer service is horrible and do not provide proper information. If you go to a branch, it takes too much time so if you have a regular job then makes sure to take out vacation time to deal with things. Please do not leave your hard earned money with this company. There are plenty of other company’s who genuinely work upon customer experience and ICICI Prudential is definitely not one of them.
My brother Ahmed shaikh have mail them many time but hardly response and getting call after complaining in branch neelam mohokar girl name Calling and abusing but the branch people can't find out who are they and can't take complain against them . There's a lady purvi in that branch replied twice a date of 22 Jan is this is your service you provide to your client then m sorry we dont need your service
