Dr Aruna is professional, kind and very knowledgeable with her work! The prenatal Pilates and exercise classes are something I looked forward too during my entire pregnancy which I started around month 4 all the way till month 9. My labour was so smooth & quick and I really credit it to my body being in shape because of the exercise and classes we did every week! So grateful to Dr Aruna for the same. 10/10 recommend!

More than satisfied with the Prenatal yoga sessions with Dr. Aruna.. she is extremely good at guiding mommies to be with good set of exercises, the sessions are fun and interactive just want you need during this time. She also helps the new momma to be with informative sessions abt breastfeeding, infant care, postpartum depression & labor.. these sessions have been really very helpful.. personally for me.
I attended Aruna mam's prenatal course in my last trimester and I took the classes twice. The set of exercises she helps us perform are very precisely made to provide flexibility and mobility in our body for those days. The classes helped me a lot and I delivered my baby normally with only 3 hours of labour. I would personally recommend all expecting mothers to do join these classes of Dr Aruna.
When I had joined Aruna’s prenatal yoga classes, it was not easy to find a safe physical activity session for expecting mothers, especially during the Corona second wave and subsequent lockdown. These online yoga classes were a welcome relief. It helped me stay active and healthy all through the last two trimesters. Not only was she very thorough in her approach but she also added informational classes on post-partum, infant care, breast feeding and labour for the new mothers to prepare them better. It was a really good experience overall, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested to stay active during their pregnancy.
