It is with immense pain that I am writing this review after losing my grandmother at KEM Hospital, Parel. Our experience was deeply distressing and disappointing. Throughout her treatment, we felt that the doctors were not fully transparent with us. We were repeatedly given hope about her recovery, and her condition was often described as stable or improving. However, her sudden deterioration left us shocked and confused. As a family, we now feel that we were not given a clear and honest picture of how critical her situation truly was. In such sensitive moments, families deserve clarity, honesty, and realistic guidance — even if the truth is difficult. False reassurance or incomplete communication only makes the final loss more traumatic. The staff nurses appeared inattentive and lacked empathy during crucial times. Communication was poor, and we often had to chase for updates. The management system felt disorganized, adding unnecessary stress to an already painful situation. Hospitals are not only about treatment; they are about compassion, accountability, and dignity. Sadly, we did not feel that our grandmother received the level of transparency and care she deserved in her final days. I hope the hospital administration reflects seriously on patient communication, staff behavior, and overall management practices so that other families do not go through what we experienced.
⚠️🚫PLEASE DON'T VISIT 🚫⚠️ Doctor are lies they give me ent surgery date and postponed 1 month and after I visit they again postponed said we will call 📞 and didn't call even once. I called they don't know how to answer a call or speak to patients 🤷 last time I visit and they told me we can't take risk and they'll wash their hands. They just waisted my time ⏲️
Night time they don't even off the lights. I understand the nurses have come and check on patients but atleast some lights they can off if not all and only once in a day they clean in morning rest whole day there is no cleaning taking place
One of the best hospitals in India! This hospital is run by BrihanMumbai Corporation. The treatment is one of the best at dirt cheap prices. Although it's mostly overcrowded, still highly recommended for rare and complicated cases.
Best hospital and the oldest in the entire country, I have seen people from all out the country coming here for their treatment. They have the best doctors, as the matter of fact they are continuously trying to improve the facilities. They have the best equipments and also provide good services also the medicines are at good discount here.
