My family was in town over the weekend with their eleven month old. They needed a crib so they worked with Morgan to arrange a delivery. She communicated directly with me and was on time and very helpful. She set up the crib and my great-nephew got great use of it while they were here. Today she was very flexible and again communicated when she would arrive and arrived on time. I would highly recommend this service.

Went to AZ to visit my brother and mom with my 5mo baby! Morgan was super nice, responsive, and really engaging. She gave us all new Snoo products (sheets, sleep sack), the Snoo was even cleaner than our own at home. She was super easy to work with and accommodating by connecting with my mom and brother for pick up since I was already on the plane by then. I will deff book her again when I’m back.
Morgan and BabyQuip were awesome! She was super responsive and worked directly with our host to have all the equipment set up by the time we were at the house. Traveling with kids is insane, and it was such a relief to arrive at the house from the airport and have everything set up. The toy package also had a ton of stuff in it for only a few dollars a day.
This was such a great experience. Morgan confirmed the order, then reached out a few days before our trip to confirm details. The day before we left she confirmed the pick up. So nice to have so much communication. Drop off and pick were fast, easy, and on time. The car seats were in great condition. Will definitely use again.
