Excellent Prenatal Yoga Training with Wilis! Wilis's ability to modify poses for my comfort level and his attention to proper alignment made every session safe and effective. The way he guided me through hip-opening exercises, pelvic floor strengthening, and breathwork techniques showed his deep understanding of third trimester needs. His clear explanations of how each pose prepares the body for labor, combined with his calming teaching style, made a real difference. Though I started pretty late in my pregnancy, in the last couple of weeks I could feel the difference in my flexibility and feel much more prepared for delivery. Highly recommend his personalized in-person prenatal yoga sessions!

As a complete beginner, these prenatal yoga sessions have been a complete game changer for me. Willis is so calm, patient and determined. He will push you to your limits with complete understanding of the body ensuring not to over stretch as well. My overall strength has improved. Body aches have vanished and I am more confident with my weight gaining body. Highly recommended !!!!

I started online prenatal classes with Feeling Fit at my 20th week. Honestly, I was quite hesitant and thought a physical class would be better. But Willis Sir suggested I try a few trials first, and I’m so glad I did.
