Dolkawala Hospital is very, very excellent. The nurses here are very kind and well-mannered. The ward boys and ward women all take very good care of the patients. You don’t feel any discomfort or inconvenience here. And Dr. Rashida Bapai is a very excellent and capable doctor. My sister-in-law did not have children for 7 years, and MashaAllah, there is healing in her hands.
Staff is so unethical the receptionist who seats at the opd at 3rd floor is so rude and unprofessional doesn’t know how to speak with the people and secondly when we went to complaint about them they said that she has a lot of head ache she handles so and so so in that case she lost the way to speak with the client who comes and she started abusing us in Marathi I will upload the video and picture below of them
Worst service No one is ready to take responsibility No clearity on billing and cost of any thing No supervisor All come for test and ask for separate money Billing says all cost inclusive and after admission every things needs to be paid separately
