I joined Dr. Jinal’s prenatal classes when I was five months pregnant, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my pregnancy. She and her team, especially Dr. Jhalak, ensured that my entire journey was smooth and well-guided. From workouts and diet plans to delivery preparation, they supported me at every step. I truly don’t think I would have enjoyed my pregnancy journey as much without these sessions. I highly recommend joining Health Seasons to any expecting mother looking for the right guidance and support.

I joined Jinal's pregnancy yoga classes based on a close friend's recommendation, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From the very start, Jinal has been an incredible teacher—patient, understanding, and always there to guide me through every stage of this beautiful (yet challenging) journey. What sets Jinal apart is her genuine care and attentiveness to each individual. She curated exercises specifically tailored to my needs based on my reports, which was so reassuring. I had some challenges along the way, from having a low-lying placenta to dealing with pelvic girdle pain early on, and even a concern with low amniotic fluid. But thanks to Jinal’s expertise, I was able to manage these issues and even ended up having a natural delivery, which I honestly didn’t think was possible at one point. All the credit goes to Dr. Jinal and her dedicated team. Even on the day of my delivery, Jinal was there for me. She was just a message away, offering guidance, encouragement, and support when I needed it most. My husband and I both have deep gratitude for her—she made such a difference in our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better support system. Jinal has a deep intuition, which she combines with a wonderful sense of humor, making her classes not only effective but also enjoyable. She’s able to gauge each person's needs and adjust accordingly, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident in their practice. I truly feel like I sailed through my pregnancy because of Jinal’s unwavering support and her expert guidance. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated support system during your pregnancy (that goes way beyond just the yoga classes) I wholeheartedly recommend Jinal!

Hello mommies and new moms to be! As I have completed the pregnancy phase,I wanted to quote a few words and my short birth story. I’ve been following a prenatal fitness program designed and supervised by Dr.Jinal, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made during my pregnancy journey. From the very first session, I felt confident that every movement was safe, purposeful, and tailored to my changing body. Dr. Jinal's expertise as a physiotherapist/Lactation consultant shines through in every workout. Each routine focuses on building strength, improving posture, and supporting the core and pelvic floor — all while keeping both mom and baby’s well-being in mind. I especially appreciate how she explains the why behind every exercise and offers modifications for different energy levels and trimesters. Beyond the physical benefits, these sessions have been a mental and emotional boost. I finished each workout feeling refreshed, empowered, and so much more connected to my body and my baby. The biggest reward came during delivery. Thanks to the strength, endurance, and breathing techniques I built through these workouts, I was able to have a normal (vaginal) delivery with smooth recovery afterward. I truly believe the consistency and expert guidance played a huge role in that outcome. For any mom-to-be who wants to stay active safely under expert guidance, The entire journey with health seasons is enough — it’s truly a holistic approach to a healthy, happy pregnancy. 💕 A Game-Changer for Expecting Moms!

Dr Jinal & Team were the happy place I didn’t think I needed during my pregnancy :) I joined Dr Jinal’s pre natal class 6 months pregnant, with poor fitness and having put on significant weight. During first consult itself I was quite impressed with their holistic approach of improving my diet to control weight gain and work on 3 S’s - strength, stretch and stamina. I tried to be diligent in the diet they gave me and my sessions. I used to look forward to the sessions because they went just beyond just diet and exercise! The sessions helped me build a positive & right state of mind for each phase of pregnancy which gave me the confidence of having an empowered pregnancy & labour. Dr Jinal was the first person I called when my water broke (not my gynaec!). That speaks volumes for the confidence I had in her. Through my labour she was in touch with my husband, providing tips and cues. I’m so glad I was in good hands with Dr Jinal & her team. It was also wonderful to meet other expectant moms and build a lovely bond. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr Jinal’s sessions enough to expecting moms! She and the team is very professional with a personal touch where everyone feels taken care of and equal attention is given to each person. Cheers to the team and I’ll soon be joining the post natal sessions :)

I delivered in October this year. The prenatal classes with Dr. Jinal were one of the highlights of my pregnancy! Not only did the exercises make me feel strong and great about my changing body, but the tips and guidance shared during classes made me more confident and prepared for the journey ahead. The dedication with which Dr. Jinal and her team took care of every individual pregnancy, addressing our complaints and aches, is truly remarkable. My baby was in a breech position, and with immense patience and dedication, Dr. Jinal and her expert team guided me through spinning exercises every day to change the baby’s position. Although, in my case, the shape of the uterus restricted the baby from turning, she has successfully helped turn the position in several such cases through personal attention and exercise. I sought advice from her at every stage of my pregnancy, and she would respond immediately – always there for me any time, any day. I feel blessed to be associated with Health Seasons and to have had Dr. Jinal be a part of my pregnancy journey!
