I really admire and appreciate the whole idea behind Mpower and how it has been executed. Special thanks to Dr. Zirak Marker who’s been god-sent for me personally. Kudos to the team. The entire process right from appointment booking is extremely well coordinated. Also, the centre design and ambience is such that it makes one feel relaxed.
Started off well enough with my young adult son undergoing psychometric testing with the clinical psychologist they suggested. Following the diagnosis, my son consulted Dr. Zirak Marker. While he comes across as mild mannered and sympathetic, I'm not sure how effective the sessions were. Medication was prescribed, then added to - without any review / titration. Each month, we had to chase and chase for an appointment - as if we were petitioners and not patients. It's one thing to deal with a child with ADHD, another to have to handle the doctor as well. Unprofessional.
The best psychologist team they have. The customer service is just amazing. I have been doing counselling over there few years back which have changed my life in a very amazing way. Thanks Mpower
There is no zero star... Thats why I am giving one star. When I came here for a session they asked me whether I have suicide tendencies... Dude first of all I came here because I have mental health issues... Otherwise I wouldn't have come... When I said yes... They called my dad... Dude I am an adult... The psychologist who wrote my file after coming to know that sometimes I had suicidal tendencies in the past, she went and sat in another room chilling with the psychiatrist... She was not even present with me to explain the situation or to talk with me... Worst ever place... Don't ever go to this place. The name of the psychologist was Ms. Sanjana.. I don't remember her surname... Please don't go to her even when she starts a private practice or in some other place.
My experience with Mpower has been pretty good. I have been taking sessions from Dr Meghna Karia since almost 5 months now and it has been a great experience for me personally and has helped me grow in all areas of my life. She very skilled, experienced and gives you a great insight into your own life. She also makes you feel at ease which is great. Kudos !
