We highly recommend Dr. Faizan Bhoira Clinic for their medical expertise and compassionate approach to paediatric care. The doctor is truly excellent—thorough, patient, and wonderful with children. We feel completely confident in the medical treatment our child receives here, and that is the most important factor. However, the experience with the reception and handling staff is consistently awful and severely detracts from the overall quality of the clinic. The customer service from the front office is frankly very bad. The most critical issue is the complete mismanagement of appointments. Despite scheduling a specific time, we routinely face excessive delays. On our last visit, we had an appointment and were forced to wait nearly two hours before being called in. This lack of respect for the patient's time, especially when dealing with sick or restless children, is unacceptable. The staff responsible for scheduling and handling patient flow needs urgent retraining and system overhaul. We implore the clinic management to address this reception problem immediately. It is heartbreaking to see such a competent doctor held back by a front-of-house operation that causes immense frustration and stress for parents. Fix the appointments and staffing, and this would be a five-star practice.
I visited Dr. Faizan Bohra during a medical emergency for my child, but unfortunately, the required treatment or support was not provided. In emergencies, timely and cooperative care is crucial, especially for children. This experience was disappointing, and I hope measures are taken to improve responsiveness in urgent situation
Not punctual, after waiting for an hour he turned up, didn’t even washed his hand before checking my newborn My child was continuously crying he was like you are not feeding her properly, why would i do that? Why would any mother do that? Dr Faizan was not ready to listen to the prbl Would not recommend him to anyone
Great doctor but very unprofessional staff. No value for time, makes children wait for long hours inspite of appointments, and very arrogant staff.
Never check child properly as he’s always in a hurry, waiting at his clinic for hours & expecting proper check up but he hardly take 2-3 minutes to check a child , with his personal clinic he also goes to multiple hospitals like Noor & Saboo Siddique so he hardly concentrate on his clinic properly.
