We came across this salon just by walking along in the Palladium Mall, the receptionist was lovely and tried to accommodate all three of us in the earliest slot available. The pedicures were excellent and the staff so good. We will definitely recommend this salon to family and friends. Well done guys for the very special treatment you extended to us.

Horrible brow service. I had to wait even though I booked in advance. After 45 minutes, the lady came and she was threading very aggressively. She went over the same place multiple times which caused injury and bleeding on my eyelids. In the end one brow looked significantly thinner and the other looked fuller. Avoid brow services at all cost. Even though the same person did my eyebrows before there is no consistency. She might to a good job one time and then totally mess it up the next time.
Poor quality products and poor application. Even after guiding multiple times and showing reference photos- the nail wasn’t shaped properly. Such thin layers of gel polish were applied that the nail underneath was still visible. Such poor quality product was used that the polish is chipping within 1 week of application. Definitely not worth the price they charge. The service they provide needs to be much neater and professional.
