Thanks to Deepak for the lovely décor done for my four-month-old’s Annaprashan Ceremony. Everything was beautifully arranged and thoughtfully executed. He was extremely professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. The setup truly enhanced the celebration and made the day even more special for our family. Highly appreciate his work and would definitely recommend him.
The decor was impressive and generally surpassed standard expectations, with few or no flaws. The team was a pleasure to work with - professional, organized, and highly skilled. They listened carefully to our needs and vision for a modern, functional workspace.
The sevice was so horrible that it feels like a scam. 1st - the decorator came on time but they delivered materials 2 hours later. 2nd - all the materials are of horrible quality. Even the birthday sign is not working. Imagine! Can't you guys do a QC before delivery? Half of the long neon light is not working as well. Everything looks 100 years old. 3rd - even the decorator was tired of them. They apparently got 2 guys to do this who were themselves fed up of the issues with materials. Feels like i got scammed for 17k.
We booked an anniversary staycation through Cherish X expecting a premium, thoughtful experience. Instead, we got a masterclass in how to treat customers like transaction IDs. Due to a genuine emergency, we had to leave within 30 minutes and didn’t use a single service. The hotel clearly told us refunds could only be processed by the booking partner, Cherish X. Simple enough, right? Any reasonable company would at least try to help. Not Cherish X. Their entire “support” consisted of copy-paste responses repeating “it’s not our policy,” like a broken chatbot with zero emotional intelligence. No empathy. No escalation. No ownership. Just robotic deflection. It’s honestly impressive how a company built around “creating special experiences” has managed to eliminate every trace of basic human understanding. If your idea of customer service is hiding behind policies and refusing accountability, congratulations, you’ve perfected it. Cherish X doesn’t create experiences. They create frustration. Would strongly advise booking directly with hotels instead. At least they treat you like a person, not a payment confirmation number.
