Yesterday visited with family and three kids for diwali purchases. I heard some good reviews but in actual it was different. 1.Sales persons on 1st floor either don't understand my hindi or he don't want Marathi customers. it was too crowded and he was not polite at all. I was going to complain manager but don't want to create a scene there. may be it's communication issue with hindi sales persons and marathi customers. 2. i am marathi. my hindi might be weak. and parent are not much of fluent hindi. but at least i am trying to communicate in broken hindi. but can't i expect sales persons to speak in marathi.
Very nice place for kids shopping. Wide variety available. Cloth quality is very soft and at reasonable rates. You will also get some points on every shopping (1 Point 1 Rs.)that you can redeem in form Rs. Exchange available. One of the best place in area.
We have purchased one shoes for my son, but I want to exchange that due to size issue. The purchase was old and beyond their exchange policy but also they exchange our shoes. Thank you so much for your cooperation and service was best here.
