Zero-class service. Please do not book Care24. Before booking, they call repeatedly and talk about how professional and reliable they are. Once you pay, everything changes. Calls are not answered, there are no callbacks, and no support when you actually need help. The care managers—Pooja Yadav, Priyanka Yadav, and Afrida and two more which names I don't remember—were completely unhelpful. They keep saying I understand mam we are looking for nurses and will get back but no gain. No one took responsibility or provided solutions. For the first two days, they charged ₹1000 per day. After that, the nurse Swapnali simply disappeared. After repeated calling she said company send me on leave and when crosss checked with manager they said she is not responding. Since then, for the last four days, I have been continuously calling with no proper response. When someone does answer, they just say “no staff available” and disconnect. I had been assigned two nurses but both of them cancelled at 11th hour. Mr Anand on the first person from care 24 promised experienced caretakers would come. Also confirmed that there won't be any problem with the caregiver if one doesn't come we can provide replacement. but instead care manager sends the profile of a very young girls, one of whose address verification was also failed and had no experience with no near by location. All three were from Thane Mumbai Central powai. My mother has just undergone surgery, and I genuinely needed support during this critical time. Instead, Care24 wasted my money, my time, and played with my emotions. This message is for the OWNER of Care24: please understand what your customers are actually going through because of your staff’s behavior. If this is the level of service you provide, it’s better to shut the company down than exploit people during medical emergencies. Extremely disappointed and mentally exhausted. I really want my money back.
Dont trust on care 24.I have paid trial 3 days amount based on their confirmation of availability of caregiver in Dombivali area. After 3 days care 24 informed that they are still arranging person. It means that they dont have sufficient manpower and they are engaging client with advance payment. Due to their end confirmation I have ended service of previous service provider and now no caregiver is available with my old age father....Care 24 is very unprofessional
⭐ Very Poor & Misleading Service – Highly Disappointed I am extremely dissatisfied with Care24 and strongly advise others to be very cautious before engaging with this company. During the sales pitch, Care24 clearly assured us that they have a large pool of in-house caregivers and that immediate replacement would be provided, ensuring that the patient is never left without a caregiver. This assurance was a key reason we decided to go ahead and make the payment. However, after taking the money, Care24 conveniently changed their stance and informed us that they do not have caregiver supply in our area. This is completely misleading and unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients who need continuous care. They also promised an experienced caretaker, but instead sent us the profile of a very young boy, which was nowhere close to what was discussed or agreed upon. To make matters worse, the response from Mr. Sargam was unprofessional, rude, and insensitive, showing a complete lack of empathy and accountability. This kind of attitude is shocking from a company operating in the healthcare support space. Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience, marked by false promises, lack of transparency, and poor customer handling. ❌ Misleading commitments ❌ No caregiver availability after payment ❌ Wrong caretaker profile shared ❌ Rude and unprofessional communication I would highly NOT recommend Care24 to anyone looking for reliable and professional caregiving services.
Very Unprofessional Service We clearly informed Care 24 about my 93-year-old father and 88-year-old mother before booking and were assured of good care. However, the first attendant refused the job, and the second admitted he didn’t know how to handle patients and left. No service was provided despite full payment. We were promised a refund but never received it. Very disappointing experience.
We would like to convey our thanks to care24 care giver (Ms. Fatima Sheikh )for 9 days serviceshe has offeredwhile the patient was hospitalized .The services are professional- reflecting total care, discipline and commitment by the care givers attendant. The dedicated relationship manager, Priyanka Thorat and Sarvanan also makes sure everything is in order as their service level parameters. We are delightedly and happy availing care24 services and highly recommend to the people who are in lookout for the same. I wish care24 and their team members greater successes in the times to come. 🙏1
