Very disappointing experience. Doctors never on time. Even post-surgery patients are made to wait for up to 3–4 hours in OPD, which is completely unacceptable. There is also no proper sitting arrangement for patients and attendants, so people are forced to stand or sit uncomfortably while waiting. Yes, the hospital is economical, but that does not justify such poor management and lack of basic respect for patients. Some doctors in OPD are extremely arrogant and behave as if they are doing a favour, not providing a paid service. Patients are often humiliated instead of being treated with empathy and professionalism. Here doctors attract patients with low OPD charges so that they get patient for C-section delivery similar like business model of (JIO) Affordable hospital, but very poor patient handling and management. Would not recommend unless there is no other option. No one monitor behaviour of Doctors.
I am disappointed with the staff behaviour in this hospital. The nurses and support staff were not attentive and did not provide medicines on time. Even after informing them multiple times, there was no proper response. Basic care and timely treatment were missing, which caused a lot of stress for the patient and family. The management should seriously look into improving staff behaviour, punctuality, and patient care. I hope these issues are addressed soon for the safety and comfort of future patients.

From the very first consultation to the successful completion of my treatment, he has been extremely professional, supportive, and approachable. Honestly, this was one of the worst hospital experiences I’ve ever had. The staff looked completely uneducated and unprofessional, with no sense of how to talk to patients or handle their duties. They were rude, careless. The whole place felt mismanaged and unhygienic, and it’s shocking that a hospital can run like this. There was no proper communication, no respect It didn’t feel like a hospital more like chaos. I wouldn’t recommend Saboo Siddiqui Hospital to anyone. If you care about your health and peace of mind, please go somewhere else. This place seriously needs a reality check and proper training for its entire staff

The physiotherapy sessions are well-organized, and the environment is clean and comfortable, which makes recovery feel easier. I felt genuinely supported throughout my sessions, and it really helped me with my mobility and overall recovery.
