Wonderful experience. Professional staff. Nurturing massage sessions. What else does a mother ask for! I have been taking service from this centre for almost 7.5 months now. My baby wakes up early just for his daily massage. He has become super sturdy and strong with everyday exercises and massage. The maushi is super caring and loving. Nothing less than a family member. Sunita Desai madam has trained the staff so well. The staff is very very humble and kind. My kid has been taking massage since day 10. His Rani maushi comes regularly at exact same time and now he looks forward to those sessions with her. Thank you for such a wonderful and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this baby centre to all new moms and would be moms. Go for it. You won't regret this service at all.

Extremely unprofessional services, agar zero star ka option hota toh woh de deti, The maushis are unprofessional, they take leaves without prior information, service provider does not provide immediate locum for same. I being docter had to take my newborn baby to hospital with me, these maids took leave achanakse without informing a day prior on very petty reasons like meri beti ka admission hai, meri beti ko bukhar aya hai. Sach me bukhar hai to ek din me kaise thik ho gaya. Second maid use to hold my kid with one hand and talk over phone with other. These baby caretaker don’t bath kids, dont change their beddings, dont bottle feed infants, fir kaise professional! Bas ek jagah baithe rehti hai maids, har roj har kaam batana padta tha, aur kuch bol do toh work torture n all k false allegations, but cctv me dikhta tha na kya karti hai. Matlab ye chutti le achanak toh kuch nahi bolna, yeh kaam nahi kare toh kich nahi bole. Toh inko rakhna hi kyu hai. And about owner, she failed to provide a good care taker and also did not refund the amount. Only money minded with zero professionalism. I would recommended to take maids from more professional agencies like book my bai, broomies. Their services are quick prompt and those maids take care of kid very nicely. It was my opinion about your company based on my experience, and is it false whatever i have written, dint your maid take leave without prior informing. Did you provide locum on same day when your maid is taking leave? They must have informed you prior, right? Isnt that what agencies do, immediate locum if regular maid doesn’t come, thats the reason we hire from agencies. Dint you had deficiency in your service? Toh 12000 amount kya maid dhunde k liye? Did they massage and bath my baby as promised by you? No. I have written what i have experienced. This is my honest opinion based on true events, so that you improve your service. And also you refunded my half amount with cutting your service charges of 2.5 months after reading this review
