We planned IVF last year and that’s when we came across Nova IVF, where we met Dr. Sulbha Arora. From our very first meeting, we connected instantly. She explained every small detail of the IVF process patiently and spent more than 45 minutes with us. What really stood out was how reassuring she was, especially for working women, she promised to manage appointments around our schedules. True to her word, she kept every single promise throughout our cycle. We were given early 8:30 AM appointments where we were the only patients, and she even met us on Sundays when needed. Our very first IVF cycle was successful, and we were blessed with twins in October 2025. The entire Nova IVF team showed so much warmth and care during those three months. A special mention to Mansi, Elizabeth, and all the nurses and support staff. Mansi, in particular, always went above and beyond for everyone. Dr. Sulbha Arora is truly God-sent. She is one of the most caring, responsive doctors we have ever met. Always honoring her commitments. Parenthood became possible for us only because of her guidance and support. Dr. Sulbha Arora and her staff are AMAZING! From the front desk who always greets you by name, to the phlebotomist on site, to the financial coordinator, the embryologist, and especially the nurses! Every single one of them make you feel at ease and feel like family. The nurses always take their time answering questions and making you feel comfortable! As far as Dr. Arora she is a rock star, she can have a waiting room full of patients, yet you hardly are ever waiting past your appointment time! In the room she is patient and you can tell she genuinely, truly truly cares about you! She is so knowledgeable, and what my husband loved most about her was how confident she is! We started our journey with them November 2024 and I am so blessed and thankful to say we are now expecting our beautiful baby November 2025!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💯
I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Sulbha Arora , and I can confidently say she is an exceptional doctor and his ability to explain cases and corrections with clarity and confidence is truly remarkable.
