I had a very good experience at QI Spine When I joined, I was suffering from severe neck pain and pain in my left hand. After taking treatment here, I got a lot of relief and now I am feeling completely fine. The entire staff is very supportive, polite, and professional. A special thanks to Dr. Edena Monteiro. She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to her work. She explains everything clearly and gives full attention to patients. To the Leadership & Management Team - As my mobility improved after the first week of cell therapy, I personally felt that only 30 minutes of physiotherapy per session was relatively shorter than what was genuinely expected even after my pain subsiding. I do fathom that QI Spine is a premium brand with a strong reputation and celebrity endorsements. However, I also recognise at the same time that many patients have other options which offer a dedicated one hour session either at home or in a clinic at a comparatively lower cost. This was my only major concern and the main reason that led me to discontinue my further sessions with QI. In retrospect, I hope this can offer some insight for reviewing and improving the overall time & cost structure. I bless this clinic and my friend who referred me to them. My pain is substantially reduced. I live a functional life now and I would recommend this clinic for sure. My Consultant Dr. Mohini is a young girl with aged soul. She is amazing at her work. Javed the admin head is a sweet heart. He will always be there to calm me if I have missed my session or running late. Totally loving them.
