I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

This was my first experience with this hoapital. Amazing services they really take a good care of the patient the nurses are very humble a special shout to Suvidha sister and all the sister and the head nurse who looked after my husband...we were in the 1301. the mama really helped my husband with his walking and took a very good care... the hospital is very clean and hygienic... and they have mainted a good mix of colours not the typical white hues where u feel all the more depressed... the security team is also very very efficient the lady Priyanka chilkit and the lift men are also very accommodative... I am happy the staff and dr are good and efficient..
My wife was admitted here after a heart failure. She received excellent professional care and attention by the team of Dr Rahul Gupta. Very grateful to him and his team. Mention must also be made of Executive Chef Puran Pariyar for a wonderful service.
