DISAPPOINTED FELT LIKE CHEATED Me and my brother both had stomach issues like not feeling well in stomach bloating and gas. Dr. Mohit checked us and diagnosed both of us with navel dislocation. He assigned his assistant to start the treatment and assured us that it would be fixed. The charge for each session was ₹4,000 per person, a total of ₹8,000. This is on the higher side, but we agreed because he seemed so confident that our issues would be resolved. He told us one session would give us relief and our system would be reset, promising we will feel better in a few days. As soon as the session ended, he insisted we post a good review on Google, even before we knew if the treatment worked. Unfortunately, nothing improved. My brother still has the same stomach issues, and now he has developed constipation, which was never a problem before. My own bloating is still there, and I have developed a new back pain since the treatment. When my brother called to explain this, the doctor said we now need 2-3 more sessions which means more payments he told he will assign a person —despite saying earlier that one session would be enough. This feels very misleading. There is no real care for patients. The overall experience was poor, especially after paying such a large amount and not getting any relief. I can’t recommend this clinic.
I came to synchrony for treatment of my right shoulder around three months back. I went to many physiotherapists but of no avail. Then my friend told me to try synchrony. I met up with Dr Pathak at synchrony and started the treatment. He explained me the problem and how much time it will take to solve it. Although it was a very slow process but eventually after three months I am 95% cured and the Best part is that the doctor told me not to extend my sessions. I strongly recommend synchrony for all looking for excellent, knowledgeable and professionally trained doctors .
