Really happy with the baby maalish wali’s service. She is very gentle, patient, and experienced. My baby feels relaxed after every massage and sleeps peacefully. She maintains proper hygiene and handles the baby with a lot of care. Highly recommended for newborns. Also she also helps those who are suffering from low breastmilk.

She does good massage and can also help to improve feeding. We asked her for gentle baby massage and she follows whatever instructions we give to her.

I found Lata aunty on google and called her for my baby, she visited me the same day and gave a trial massage which was good so I kept her for my baby the same day and in a few days my baby was familiar with her and never cried much and always felt relaxed. I also took a trial massage for myself which was too relaxing. Overall she does a good job.

I had an extremely disturbing experience with Mrs. Lata. Yes, her massage skills are good, but her behavior was shocking and highly unprofessional. She gossiped within my family and created misunderstandings between me and my mother-in-law—something no new mother should go through. She often used her mobile during massage, taking multiple client calls, which is unacceptable when you’re attending to a client. When I told her I’d continue only for a month, her tone changed. She started saying things like “Mujhe farak nahi padta, mere paas bahut jobs hain”—very hurtful during my sensitive postpartum phase. When we asked her to leave (even while offering full payment for days worked), she created drama—loud arguments, crying, and unnecessary stress for me and my one-month-old baby. Later, she sent voice notes saying she wanted to “clear things,” but also told my husband “Apni wife ko samjhao” and bragged “I have a team working for me”—completely uncalled for. She even said “I have my own house and husband, why would I break your house” which showed unnecessary pride. In short, even the BEST massage is useless if the person is toxic. I would NEVER recommend her. If you still hire her, don’t share personal details—she can turn them against you. Loud, argumentative, dramatic—exactly what a postpartum mother does NOT need. If zero stars were possible, I would give that.
